This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is concluded between you and the developer only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use of the App must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
By downloading or using the Japanese N5–N1 application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The App may also be accessed by other accounts through Family Sharing.
The App is free to download and includes full access to all JLPT learning content, tests, and features. Free users will see advertisements and must stay online because ads are delivered via the internet.
A monthly Premium Subscription is available. This subscription:
Educational content remains identical for all users.
Free users must remain online to display advertisements. Premium users may use the App offline once data is downloaded. Offline mode does not unlock new content; all users access the same study material.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal time. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
All learning content in the App is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of the developer. You may not copy, redistribute, or repurpose content without permission.
We are solely responsible for maintaining and supporting the App. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance.
The App is provided “as is.” If the App fails to meet any warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligations.
You acknowledge that the developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims related to the App, including: product liability, legal compliance, privacy issues, and consumer protection matters.
If any third party claims the App infringes intellectual property rights, the developer, not Apple, is responsible for handling the claim, including investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. embargo and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the App, such as wireless data service agreements if using the App on cellular networks.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple has the right to enforce this agreement against you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Subscription cancellations must be made through Apple ID settings.
We do not guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted service, exam results, or perfect alignment with official JLPT examinations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including academic performance, lost data, lost revenue, or business interruption. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the previous 12 months.
We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be resolved by the courts of Nepal unless local law requires otherwise.
