These Terms of Use apply to the Japanese N5–N1 app. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. App Purpose

Japanese N5–N1 is an educational app designed to help learners practice Japanese for JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test). The app is for learning and practice only.

2. No Account Required

The app does not require you to create an account or provide personal information.

3. Ads & Monetization

The app displays ads through Google AdMob. By using the app, you agree to the display of advertising content.

4. Local Data Storage

The app stores some settings on your device, including:

• username (nickname)
• theme and language preferences
• exam timer settings
• local test progress

This data stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.

5. No Online Services

The app does not communicate with any external servers. All test data and settings are stored locally.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• modify, copy, or redistribute the app
• reverse-engineer or decompile the app
• use the app for illegal or harmful activities

7. Content Disclaimer

Japanese N5–N1 is an independent educational product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the official JLPT organization.

8. App Updates

We may update the app to improve features, fix bugs, or comply with policies. Continued use of the updated version means you accept the changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

We provide the app “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for:

• loss of data on your device
• ad content delivered by third-party networks
• errors, bugs, or interruptions in the app
